1Overview
SCMS is a field campaign tool: auditors capture location-tagged photos against assigned campaigns, and administrators review the results. This policy explains what data the app collects on your device, why, and how you can have it deleted.
We do not run advertising in SCMS and do not sell or share your data with data brokers or advertising networks. No advertising identifier is collected, and the app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

We don't use an analytics SDK in this app, so we don't collect general usage/interaction data beyond what's listed above.
3How it's used
- Signing you in and identifying your submissions to the admin who assigned your campaign
- Verifying that a submitted photo was taken at the required location, at the required time
- Sending you push notifications for new assignments, upload reminders, and schedule changes
- Letting an administrator review, export, or report on campaign progress
4Location data
SCMS requests location access only while the app is in use, and only to attach GPS coordinates to a photo at the moment you capture it. Location is not collected in the background, and is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond tagging your own submissions.
5Photos
Photos are taken directly through the app's camera — SCMS does not read from your existing photo library. Each photo is uploaded to secure cloud storage and linked to the campaign and account that captured it. Photos are visible to the auditor who took them and to administrators on the same campaign.
7Retention & deletion In-app control
You can permanently delete your account from within the app: open Profile → Delete account. This removes your login and personal profile immediately.
Campaign and photo records you contributed remain as part of the shared campaign history other administrators rely on for their own records — the same way a signed timesheet or audit log isn't erased when an employee leaves. If you'd like those records removed as well, contact us using the details below and we'll process the request.
8Security
Data in transit is encrypted via standard TLS/HTTPS. Access to campaign and photo data is restricted by account role — auditors can only reach their own submissions and campaigns assigned to them, and administrators can only reach campaigns they manage.
9Children's privacy
SCMS is a workplace tool for field auditors and administrators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
